Posting troubles

I hate the new WordPress editor! Yesterday, I had a fight with it and WordPress won. The upshot is that it published today’s Wearability Wednesday post yesterday. I instantly withdrew it, and re-published today. What I didn’t realise was that notices that there was a new post published were sent out yesterday (when it wasn’t up) and not sent out today (when it is). All this means is that you may not have seen that I have a new Wearability Wednesday post up. You can see it here.

I am clearly suffering from anxiety. I can’t wait for calm times. Maybe I should take up knitting….

  1. Well, I got your email yesterday (Tuesday) AND read the “Wearable Wednesday” post yesterday! WordPress must like me. 😉

  2. I love the colours of your vest and seeing a glimpse of the beautiful places near you. I’m with you, the new wordpress editor has been a nightmare! There’s apparently a plugin that you can download that lets you post using the old editor but I haven’t been able to get it to use wordpress at work. xo

  3. I seem to be the only person who likes the new WordPress editor, whoever designed it must have a mind that works similar to mine. Good news is that I got your email and read it and didn’t question what day it was. Days are all a blur in these strange times. I hope you WP gets easier for you.

  4. I wanted to thank you for pressing on (no pun intended – really). i like reading your posts and appreciate the time and effort you put into all this. it’s not like you have to do it and it’s a gift to all of us.

feeling you on the anxiety – sorry to hear it’s affecting you. take good care.

  5. Hi Kelly! I love your blog, it’s the last knitting one I read since so many went away! Whatcha your gorgeous red hat yarn and pattern? Can you link your post about it? I love it!

  6. Deep cleansing breath in…and exhale. Again. Deep breath in…and exhale.
Your response to the new block editor seems to be more the norm than the exception. Regardless, I saw and thoroughly enjoyed your “Wednesday” post. 🙂
